Roger Thank you. Very good job trying to take notes and listen. The messenger is great, the message mixed. There is no legimate reason to issue more shares at this time. "A plan" sounds like the prelude to a reverse split-ugly. Optimism about break even and doubling production shouldn't be paired with the need to get additional financing-not after they diluted the shares by 30+% already this year. Its time for results in contracts and sales before this management gets my vote to play with the stock structure any further. It obviously is the wrong time to buy a vertical company cuz they cannot afford one. Buying one before they are in a solid production/sales mode makes no sense. Like the Calloway mention even if I cannot figure out what it means. Still waiting to see Victor's exact revenue. Glenn
