James,
You said, "So, IGIT, remember what your "name" stands for and pray in whatever way you can for a benign outcome, however that looks to you. Don't even think about how it is going to come about. That's God's work."
Let's pray for Gods will to be done always, no matter how he accomplishes it. We should not dictate to God that it has to be a non-violent way he handles this. He will end up creating the perfect outcome regardless of how it is accomplished. It's God business and he will take care of it!
You also said, "The fact that the warring parties have or don't have a connection to God has NOTHING to do with it. God is able to work with them anyway, because EVERYTHING arises in the Divine, them included."
I'm not understanding you. God is not working in them now. America and the Allied forces are fighting as we speak. You think God likes war? Its evidence that people are not doing as God wants. He has to work with what he has, because people are not perfect. And sometimes that means war! That's not what he ultimately wants. War is a result of working with what he has to work with, imperfect beings.
They are not peacefully resolving anything. And if the US and the allied forces did not stop these terrorists, do you think there would be a miraculous turnaround and the terrorists would stop what they were doing? No, I highly doubt it, although God could accomplish that if he desired! The terrorists would continue on, either way, if they were attacked or not attacked. (I think God could stop this thing peacefully. He can do anything! But see my comments about why I know he will not settle all things peacefully to get to the perfect outcome!)
You see James, I think where you getting it wrong is it is not all believers in God verses terrorism. It is terrorism (non-believers who think they are believers) verses believers and non-believers (again many non-believers think they are believers). A battle waged with non-believers against non-believers is a tough one to call. But if everyone who fought true "non-believers" were true "believers", then rest assured the ultimate outcome would be wonderful.
But I am afraid James, I know the outcome of this world already. I'm not sure how these current events fit exactly in to the whole picture. But it is going to get a whole lot worse, at some point, before it gets better, once and for all. And thats a guarantee!
God has already revealed what's going to happen in the future. It's the timing we don't exactly know!
It will look like its get a whole lot better at a point in time. But you will find out is that it only seems to get a whole lot better, but that will be an outward appearance, but it will get a whole lot worse! I mean a whole lot! God has revealed prophecy such as this since the beginning of time, with a 100% accuracy rate. I'm going with that.
But as you say, let God do his thing and pray, that all things go according to his will, and however he accomplishes the perfect end result, lets pray that it comes quickly!
God Bless Us All, IGIT |
