jan great post! I think based on what people with experience with S-1s with other companies have said, we could be waiting a little more time for the S-1 to be accepted. I go back to what Vic was saying about Gandalf. I believe that he was right on target and that a big reason we are at 2+ is that they created a lot of downward pressure. I believe that their wad is shot, or close to it and the stock IMHO has no reason for sitting where it is. With no buying pressure the MM can keep this down until they are ready to start to accumulate again. So I agree with you on the S-1 and quarterly. This will start the engines and every time they report a profitable quarter or release significant news the stock will react more dramatically. This is my opinion please do not buy or sell based on what I say. Just because I think I'm right about everything does not mean you have too.gggg seth
