I'm not familar with this company, but Sammy's messages are always amusing to dissect. Letsee, gotta break this part into parts. Sammy blamed WLGS failure on: "A combination of

#1 management miscalculations

#2 economic downturns

#3 Murphy's Law

#4 and most important(we are convinced} the deliberate attempt by certain funders and manipulators to force the failure of Mr. Haffer's attempts to achieve success have caused the current situation."

Bad show, Sammy.

Sammy, either you never spoke with a lawyer, or you didn't run that post by one, or (my guess) you're just trying to save face for your own bad advice by blaming others.

#1, #2 and #3 as reasons for a business failure aren't illegal. The business judgment rule ordinarily protects bad decisions, as long as they're really just bad, and not based on self-interest or an utter lack of research (and getting a report from an outside consultant can be enought to legitimize any bad decision).

#4 is more vague. Shareholders are allows to influence management, so it's not clear you have anything there, either.

Isn't this just a case of Sammy giving really bad advice -- and I bet after his usual boasts of special information "sources" that he can't disclose? No apologies Sammy? Or are now just trying to deflect attention from your humble self.... or selves, considering the number of names you have.

I wouldn't discourage any shareholder from looking into their rights (and this isn't an advertisement for myself -- I don't do that sort of legal work, and this post is not legal advice); but I would discourage shareholders who relied on Sammy to get into WGLS to also get them OUT.
