They are subject to US law. It is the US law being administered by the military tribunals. US citizens have constitutional rights. You are assuming that some of those being tried are US citizens but that is just your assumption. If we are going to make assumptions in this debate then I assume they were all apprehended in the White House, armed and without permission to be there.
