I'm simply asking for an explanation about what was won. Does the new law mean that if a boy scout is discovered or is known to have gay tendencies can he be kicked out of the troop. As well, if a troop leader is thought to be gay or is gay, can he be barred from the boy scouts. Can someone please tell me what was won?
