"Sometime", IMO, has been going on for 3 years and still is. Investors need to reframe, reset their standards and expectations of what is "normal". Valuations have not been normal for at least 3 years. caveat: as Keynes said (one of my favorite quotes): The market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent.
