StarOffice runs fine on Linux, and I believe that most StarOffice developers today run Linux. The question is - will it port to Macintosh?

By the way: According to some figures by IDC, Red Hat is losing market share in Europe, leaving SuSE the biggest Linux distribution in Europe.

The big difference between SuSE and Red Hat is that Red Hat follows many guidelines by the Free Software Foundation that SuSE doesn't. Like cooperating with closed-source vendors. SuSE is the oldest commercially Linux distribution around, and has approx. 75% market share in Germany, compared to 10% for Red Hat and 9% for the non-commercial Debian distribution.

Some even claim that SuSE is now bigger than Red Hat worldwide, measured in the number of actual deployed servers.
