Hello, this is your captain speaking. You may have noticed some bumps in the past few minutes. Please be assured, there is no reason to panic. There is just a small problem with the masking tape and Elmer's glue we used to hold the wings and tail fin onto the plane. We should be able to fix it in no time at all once Mr. Wallenda, our capable first officer, makes the necessary repairs. A flight attendant will be coming through the cabin shortly seeking any extra supplies of masking tape and glue or paste that any passengers may have brought with them. Extra large safety pins would also be welcome, if you were able to sneak them past security.

As always, thank you for choosing American Airlines for your travel needs during this difficult time for our country.
