So did you witness many of the older scouts participating or is this a report of hearsay. You do seem to be a witness to sexual abuse. I was never exposed to this kind of thing. I do recall outside of scouts some friends ragging on a kid and I told them off. I also remember a time in Junior High when this boy was insulting a girl about crappy stuff. I remember telling him that if he did not apologize I would beat the crap out him. He said he was sorry.

I do remember my roommates in college had the morality of slugs. I do remember when I spent many months in fruit and nut land that all the guys I met would do or say anything to get into a girls pants. They were all slugs. It looks to me like you grew up with lots of slugs. Well your reasoning and honor means dick attitude has a foundation from somewhere.
