The GSA is totally dominated by feminists. The meaning behind the motto "Not your mother's Girl Scouts" is very clear. It is asserted by GSA staffers that ~1/3 of all GSA paid professional staff is lesbian. This is exactly what the BSA is trying to avoid. Suggested reading: "On My Honor: Lesbians Reflect on Their Scouting Experience" is filled with coming-of-age stories sparked by gay encounters in the Girl Scouts. The essay "All I Really Need to Know About Being a Lesbian I Learned at Girl Scout Camp."
