Mike,

My original plan was to start buying after 15 dec. I still think until then we are not going any where. In this market for next few weeks both AD and I have equally good chances of making money. We just have to play opposite sides. I do better when I play long.It appears that we will be stuck in a range for a while. What that range will be is not clear. Amat is trying to find a trading range before it starts another upleg.

My plan is to start accumulating stocks for the next trade. If the stock goes down I will keep adding shares for each point drop. I may buy a large amount if the stocks drops 3 to 4 points in a day otherwise will keep adding small lots. I am about 65% in cash. Holding some Itwo and amat leaps.

If amat reaches 35, Nvls 35, lltc 35 and mxim 45 I will go on margin and buy whatever I can. We may not see those numbers for a while.

PS: I look at the charts and fundamentals but most decisions are made on gut feeling and watching the ticker.
