I'm still waiting for you to tell me, -- and to tell all those to whom you spread a calumny about Poet -- where exactly she made those "negative inferences about our young men in uniform" that you claim "started" "all this." I say plainly that I believe you made it up. And, expanding for us on how "all this" started, you portray yourself as having taken "personal exception to" those dastardly aspersions of Poet's, "since (as Poet well knows) my son is serving proudly in the Air Force defending the rights of certain people to continue to think and write what they do." We could certainly understand your taking exception! I should think! Here Poet kind of insults by "inference" those brave young men like your son in uniform! No wonder you, proud father that you are, and Poet, insensitive hero-basher that she is, don't get along! How clearly you've explained it! Except that the scenario never occurred, did it?
