I couldn't find liverwurst!! I got braunswauger Same thing. A note about liverwurst. My 88 year old father lives on liverwurst sandwiches and salami sandwiches. His cholesterol most people would kill for. Nary a medical problem save a touch of arthritis. That "meatless" comment really has shaken my confidence though. Then you're really going to like this tidbit, which I found when I went back to the web site to get the URL. "Author's name omitted by request." LOL. Well, if you write an article from the experience, at least you won't have to worry about a copyright on the recipe... Karen
