I was looking at it as a marketer. They did make their web site appealing even though they currently have no intentions of selling directly on it. Speaking of marketing, I am looking at cutting my budget for radio and print due to their increased cost in my market areas. It becomes more difficult to cover the advertising expenses with thos medium when margins are also smaller. I suspect I am going to cause GST some grief but the best bang for the dollar for my target auduence is the internet. My target audience is middle to upper income female age 18 to 50. I know the men buy the engagement rings. However, it is the woman that decides what he buys and that is also true for birthday and anniversary gifts. She also seems to decide where he buys.
