Finally, the market internals have turned stronger. The screened stock ratio also reversed its slow slide at 16.4 to 2.3 favoring buying. Risk moves back down to low. The same strong groups remain, biotechs, gaming, computer software, medical equipment, restaurants and select retail. Stock screening shows a lot more technology of various kinds.
