An article appeared in today's Orlando Sentinel stating that Soupy Sales is starring in a pilot for a syndicated children's series called "Camp Itchyfish". It is an educational/musical variety show and it will be shot Wed. and Fri. at Disney-MGM Studios and Sat. on Cypress Island.

According to DiFrancesco, the executive producer, North American Resorts is underwriting the pilot and will be a major sponsor of the series.

The article ends with, "If all goes well, 30 episodes of 'Camp Itchyfish' will go into production in July in Central Florida. DiFrancesco also plans to simultaneously produce an animated version of the series in Ireland for distribution in the U.S."
