I ended up being blocked 5 times, simply because I kept asking question to his evasive answers in a total respectful and civil manner. After each blockage, I re-registered with SI under a different alias (i.e. MrStevenson, SStevenson, MR_Stevenson, Mister_Stevnso) in order to be able to respond to him.
Challenged him to unblock all those whom he has blocked:
