oppenheimer said nice things ú Positive Earnings Surprises. Wireless communication equipment suppliers continue to enjoy strong growth and are largely expected to post strong operating results. Their recent strong stock price performance has at least partially reflected this momentum, but we see additional appreciation ahead. While currently not recommended, we believe that Glenayre Technologies and Alpha Industries could exceed our estimates as both companies recover from recent business disappointments and substantial erosion in market capitalization.
