The "military commission" as Ashcroft called it last nite on the news would not be a court for United States citizens. That was my main concern. So, imo, some sort of world court, commission, tribunal seems like the way to go. I look forward to the 1000 odd people in U.S. jails who are not U.S. citizens getting the boot out of the country. I've heard, that most are in jail as a result of wiretaps immediately after 911, and these people were taped making celebratory calls to the middle east. I call them traitors of United States. Good riddance to them.
