Not just Kabul TV being back but having a 16 year old girl welcome back the viewers. A month ago she would have had to been at home or when she leave home she would be in a burka and escorted by a male relative. I saw a news story about rioting almost breaking out when people tried to get tickets to the reopened movie theater. Even in a country as poor as Afghanistan you could probably make good money right now if you had a supply of TVs and radios to sell. Tim
