No I didn't see that article before. If something like a smallpox epidemic did break out laws like these might be needed. Also its better to have the needed authority based on law rather then just forcing it on people without it being well grounded in law. However there is potential for abuse when you give that level of legal authority to the government. Overall I think this is an area where new law is needed, but I hope they don't rush through a bad bill. Beyond that I would need more details to be certain about how I feel about any new law. Tim Edit - This is funny. Without even trying I have the past 3 100 grubs here, and the one before that was to me... 2nd Edit - Maybe that's a sign that we need a couple of new faces here...
