Thermo Tech(TM) Initiates Major Lawsuit

PETALING JAYA, Malaysia, Nov. 20 /CNW/ - Thermo Tech(TM) Technologies Inc. (the "Company") has filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The lawsuit is brought on behalf of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively described as the "Plaintiffs" in the formal documents), against more than 75 specific parties as well as other yet to be named companies and individuals, (collectively known as the "Defendants"). The suit was formally filed on November 19, 2001.

In its Statement of Claim, the Company names, among others, René Joseph Branconnier (and a number of persons and companies believed to be related to or under the control of Mr. Branconnier, including Sanclair Holdings Ltd. and Dynasty Farms Inc.), Planet Earth Recycling Inc. and its subsidiaries ("PERI"), Duro Enzyme Products Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Duro Enzymes"), the Company's former board of directors and certain of the Company's former officers, certain other corporations having conducted business with the Company over a period of time, Milverton Capital Corporation, numerous consultants or former consultants and certain other parties that have received a financial benefit from the Company in form of money, property or shares of the Company's common stock.
