TEL AVIV, Israel, Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Top Image Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: TISA - news), a leader in enterprise
solutions for managing and validating content entering organizations, announced today a strategic agreement with Unisys Latin America and Caribbean Group. The agreement covers all countries in the region except Mexico. Top Image Systems is a leading innovator of enterprise solutions for managing and validating content and data entering organizations.

The agreement calls for the two companies to coordinate marketing and sales activities in the region in support of integrating Top Image Systems' eFLOW Unified Content Platform with Unisys' product offerings and systems integration business.
Top Image Systems recently announced that the company partnered with Unisys to win a major project at FEBRABAN, the Confederation of Banks of Brazil.
