I just got off the telephone with the the IR at HC Stone. They have confirmed that the buyout has already occured and that IRAE bought the assets of NIAR. The IR did not know what IRAE paid NIAR for their assets nor did he know what assets they purchased but he did say it was "all of the assets of NIAR."

I for one am planning to sue NIAR for misrepresentation of information.
