BUYING MORE... What a bargin! Financially BBN is very sound. They now have about $150MM in the bank with the sale of Domain and the recent cash infusion by a group of investors. Their core business is mostly Government related contracts - pretty solid revenue base to build on. The hot spot is the growth of BBN Planet. It's essentially a UUNet type of play, but with some other business areas that are synergistic. If you believe in UUNet, you shouldn't have any problem seeing BBN as a UNBELIEVABLE BARGIN!!!! - John Young Ps. They also have some very promissing future technologies that they are developing that could make significant contributions going forward (e.g.multi-gigabyte router, voice recognition, etc...)
