Hi Jeff Roberts; If it were possible to have all our financial interactions conveniently performed in the neighborhood only, we could rely on the good sense of the corner banker in identifying who we are. Our problem is that we have a nation-wide transportation, banking, credit, and voting system, but no nation-wide identification system. It's a travesty of efficiency.
