Pretty incredible that a company puts products on the market that are incompatible with each other.

I had the same problem with 2 different printers. HP had to send me a CD with new drivers on it in the mail - couldn't even download it from their site. AND it cost me $25 for the service call.

Awhile back Carly and John Chambers were on a TV show (forgot which one) talking about their corporate cultures and how their main thrust is listening to their clients. They were both sucking up to each other complimenting each other on how successful they were in implementing this new business model.

Had to chuckle and wonder when "listening to clients" became the new corporate battle cry.

.....and to repeat - I will NEVER buy another HP product ever again. And every chance I get - I WILL tell as many people as I can what I think of their shoddy company.
