ST - Trading FWIW, It appears someone out there came to rescue the shorts today. Here's my status based on an AMAT close of $36.65: Current position: Short 1000 shares AMAT at $36.85 (on paper gain: +$200) Last play closed: Covered 2000 shares at $36.77 (booked gain: +$1,460) MTD Status: Booked gains of +$13,910 Paper gains of +$200 Total +14,110 (I did a lot of profitable trading today, but I would have done even better if I had simply done nothing but hold my 4000 share position from last night!)
