I don't follow ISIP, mostly for the reasons you refer to. However, LLY clearly really liked what they saw, and ISIP's market cap ($1.2 billion) is by no means outrageous if they truly have an enabling technology. Antisense Chapter I was a bust, but Chapter II may be a different story.

Another antisense play, GNTA, has also been very strong. I personally avoid that one too - I just don't know if it's for real or if it's a gigantic pump'n'dump.
