What was the biggest problem the Government had with Microsoft?

Wasn't it that they gave away their products and drove their competition out of business?

As part of the Government settlement over the next 5 years Microsoft must outfit poor schools with 1 Billion worth of computers and their software. They are also have to cut their prices for their software for all schools.

Now don't you find this ironic as hell?

The reason Microsoft was in court in the first place was they were giving their product away, having an unfair monopoly and being everywhere. And forcing everybody else out. And now in the settlement they are forcing them to be everywhere and give the product away.

In other words, the Federal Government is making Microsoft do exactly what they took them to court for in the first place!!!!!

These are the same people that have just made your airports safer.....LOL!!!!

The same people that say they care about you and your kids not smoking!!!

You can't make this shit up!!!!LMAO!!!!

Everything Microsoft was sued for, everything that the Federal Government tried to break them up for, they are now making them do!!!

Give the product away for free, spread it around to the point where every school in the country will have to beg Microsoft to get upgrades.. LOL!! I can't stop laughing folks..
