I tend to agree that <a spare horse named Cash could come in handy.>

By the way, I have shares in the Windsor Fund (an american mutual fund that tries to ppick value stocks.) Though they do not have many foreign stocks, I noted that (a few months ago, at least) they held a position in CIBC bank.
