The economic stimulus package is a political disgrace.

The program "Crossfire " said that 17 companies would be the primary beneficiaries of this legislation. The will be getting tax credits that go back to 1996.

Because companies for the most part are in a cash conservation mode even the biggest stretch if ideas cannot reveal how this will create jobs.

Big business has got Bush in their hip pocket and it will not be forgotten at election time. Today on the business channel we had Secretary of the Treasury "Flippant O'Neal" describe this economic package as a stimulant for job creation. Either this man is stupid, and had not read the bill, does not care what the bill says, or is just a party hack, take your pick.

I think that Cheney and O'Neal got big bonuses from the companies that they left because it was a case of good riddance .

Its a good thing I'm totally objective about the matter, and not a nit picking disenchanted voter, like others on this thread.
