Cases of Homosodomite Molestation and the Boy Scouts

WorldNetDaily(1&2) reported that over the past 20 years there has been "a near-tripling of sexual abuse cases -- from about 70 cases a year then" up to when the current BSA training program began in 1988 when "there were 169 scout leaders dropped for child molestation in 1987, which has increased to around 209 in 1989 after the training began -- an increase BSA has attributed to greater awareness as a result of the training." The cases if child abuse continues to stay around 200 per year. The Boys Scouts are fighting a war against pedophiles who are doing anything they can to get access to these children, and the media, and many entertainers, public school teachers and politicians are siding with the pedophiles and are helping them to gain access to the kids while persecuting parents for trying to protect their children. A society can hardly reach a more evil and depraved level.
Pedophile Scoutmaster Molested and Tortured Boys

John Levendosky, an assistant scoutmaster confessed to police that he had been taking boys on camping trips to get them to strip naked, spank each other and submit to bondage. Troopers said Levendosky, who has been an adult leader for the Scouts for about 20 years, told them that he had "always been fascinated by bondage and servitude."
William Young(5) reported that: "Court records show that once Levendosky and the three boys got to their campsite on Friday, he instructed the boys to learn five different codes, with each code denoting a differing level of undress." He had each of the boys strip naked and pose in different positions. Later in the day, he "bound each boy's hands together with rope and blindfolded each with an Ace bandage," the Tribune-Review reported.(5) "Levendosky then tied each boy to a separate tree, suspending them by their hands. It was then, according to court records, that Levendosky used a folding knife to carve the letter "T" into each boy's chest, at one point causing one of the boys to moan, "I can't take this anymore." the Tribune-Review reported. "Additionally, the boys were required to play strip poker, paddle each other while nude, and sleep naked with their hands bound, court documents show."
After state troopers raided Levendosky's home, they found a three-page document detailing his plans. It included the phrase, "I mark you with the T of Trust and Training."(5)
The Boy Scouts of America was named in a civil suit involving molestation of a scout by a former assistant scoutmaster, Jorge Paz, in 1990. Charles A. Bonner, the attorney who filed the case, said BSA national leaders know that "the organization attracts pedophiles like a magnet attracts metal." A federal judge has said that the Boy Scouts should fully expect that scouting will attract homosodomite pedophiles.
"There's a common thread in these molestation cases," explained BSA spokesman Gregg Shields. "They don't follow the rules." In the case in question he said the troop involved did not obey BSA policies and rules. The BSA has a comprehensive child sexual abuse prevention and awareness program.
Despite the fact that the BSA has strict rules and a thorough child abuse prevention program, Justice Ignazio Ruvolo of the First District Court of Appeals in San Francisco said in his ruling that the BSA should have done even more to protect kids from pedophiles, saying, "It should be reasonably foreseeable to the Scouts that a child participating in Scouting might fall prey to a sexual predator."
Dr. Judith Reisman,(3) says "the Boy Scouts provide the ideal situation" for men to hunt young boys to molest.
Any organization that provides opportunities for homosodomites to spend time with children will become a magnet for homosodomite child molesters.
Glenn Jordan, a professional staff administrator for the BSA office in San Diego, Calif., was arrested and charged with 33 counts of child molestation between 1997 and 1999 so far, and prosecutors expect more victims to come forward.
WorldNetDaily(1) reported, "Robert Malcomb, Jr., a former scoutmaster in Oklahoma, pleaded guilty on Friday to 61 charges of having had sex with five boys under the age of 14, as well as multiple counts of rape, forcible oral sodomy, lewd acts with children and bestiality [having sexual relations with a dog]. His wife turned him in after she caught him molesting a 12-year-old boy in their home. Malcomb had been a scout leader since 1992."
Child sexual molestation is more than three times more common among "homosexuals" than among "heterosexuals," according to the report, "The Proportions of Heterosexual and Homosexual Pedophiles among Sex Offenders against Children" in "The Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy," number 1 for 1992.
During the summer of 2000, Glenn Jordan of El Cajon, CA, a 33-year-old former staff administrator at a Scout camp was arrested and charged with 33 counts of child molestation after several teen-age Scouts with whom he worked over the past three years came forward to tell of the abuse. The boys were Scouts and worked as staff members at the Mataguay Scout Reservation. Jordan is charged with a variety of crimes, ranging from sexual abuse with a foreign object to sodomy.
Michael Maggy, a former Boy Scout volunteer who pleaded guilty to rape and sexual battery, was sentenced to life in prison for molesting and sodomizing several boys. An article(4) quoted the prosecutor as saying "Maggy bound one of the boys with tape and handcuffs, threatened him with a shotgun if he ever told anyone, then sodomized him."
Maggy told his victims "I know what I have done to you. I can't apologize enough." He said he was molested as a boy, too, but had lacked the courage to seek help. He said, "I did not get counseling or even talk about it...Look where it got me."
Convicted Child Molester Leads Protests against Boy Scouts
WorldNetDaily(6) reported, "A coalition of groups protesting Boy Scouts of America's policy of not accepting homosexual leaders and members chose a convicted child molester to lead it. John Hemstreet -- an alcoholic, former Boy Scout leader, former priest and convicted child molester [said] he is an example of the type of person who should be permitted to be a Boy Scout leader. Indeed, he said he was a great scoutmaster."
"Hemstreet says the Boy Scouts of America should not prevent homosexuals from serving as leaders or members. He was not hesitant to admit his past problems and said it was appropriate for him to be a scoutmaster," WND reported.
Hemstreet admits to being a homosodomite and a child molester -- in 1992, he confessed to molesting a 10-year-old boy. "The thing that I did seven years ago is a horrendous thing. I'm not denying that. Nor am I denying that I did it. I was arrested. I was arraigned. I did go to court. I was sentenced. I served my time and I am off probation," explained Hemstreet.
WND(6) wrote, "Hemstreet said he considers the activist work he is doing to be a form of community service to "give back" for the crimes he committed. He said he has paid his debt to society and he is now trying to do something good."
"I have done a terrible, horrible disservice to a boy. I have done a disservice to my community, and I have a moral and civil obligation to try to give something back to my community. PFLAG is one of the things I have elected to do -- to do community service," explained Hemstreet.
He doesn't think his past mistakes should reflect on his competency to lead boys or the efforts of his group or cause. He dismisses the idea that he should not be allowed intimate contact with boys and rejects the fears of parents who would object to allowing convicted child molesters to have access to their boys.
"Whether it's going to have any effect on the results of the rally, I don't know, nor do I know what my future in PFLAG is," he said. The protest was sponsored by Scouting for All, PFLAG and the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network, he said, and had an "informal" sponsorship from the American Civil Liberties Union.
Parents, Family and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG), an organization dedicated to the support of families, said their group "deplores the Boy Scouts of America's practice of excluding gay youth, leaders and volunteers from its program and services. We condemn any policy that would not allow gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgendered individuals to fully participate at all levels in any activity within scouting."
"One of the reasons homosexuals want so desperately to be Boy Scout troop leaders is because some of them would love to have an opportunity to molest children and recruit more future homosexuals, says(7) Joseph Farah, "Some homosexuals want to be around children for one reason -- to prey on them."
