Interesting chart of the NAZ... way overbought IMO stockcharts.com[w,a]diclyymy[dd][pc5!c21!b50!b100!b200!i!h.02,.20!f][vc60][iUb14!Ll14!Lp14,3,3!La12,26,9!Lc20!Lg!Lh39,1] Note the that the MACd is awfully close to a sell signal (esp. with the Strong trending market --> ADX), but look @ the MACd histogram, negative divergence with the rising NAZ. Histogram although positive, has actually been declining from about the middle of October!!!
