Your suggestion of a class action suit intrigues me. In light of the fact that charities all over the country, and probably all over the world, are suffering due to the economic slow-down, I would rather donate money to people in dire straits than to arts groups, no matter how worthy.

I am going to demand a refund and give the money to another charity.
