John you are correct in saying that some hype may have lifted the price of NUZA stock. Thank god for the hype, it was getting depressing! Reg S however would dilute the stock rather than lift the price. The rationale being that the same amount of capital is divided by more shares. So the big question remains what lifted the stock from 8.5 cents to 12 cents? Any clues? Regards Gunther Jank, Investor from Down Under
