Yes.... The interesting thing is that the "recent Price Waterhouse audit" was a review of the past history and asset base of a Chinese company that DWSC is acquiring. By definition, an audit has nothing whatsoever to do with "projected earnings"... Price Waterhouse's good name is apparently being used to give credibility to "an analysis by a division of the Chinese government, as well as company goals". I wonder whether PW has signed off on this Press Release, as they normally "request" when their name is used in this fashion. I've worked with PW previously....but I'm not going to point it out to them. Bob Davis
