A merger would consolidate existing resources of both companies and
reinforce their competitive advantage by increasing the number of
routes and customer base.

FRNT's CEO is well known for his prudent plan and dedication for his company. he is poorly paid and has stockholders in hi heart.

WPAC recently move to Denver to increase its competitiveness.
They plan to buy two more Boeing 727's.
