I wouldn't count on 15 anytime soon. I hope I am wrong, but there is not enough institutional buying in this stock. All of the individuals investors are canceling each other out. The only way I see a rally happening is if the CEO can stir up some fund managers to start buying. I agree Z's are a good deal. Even today, there is hardly any volume and really no substanial move.
