I do not disagree. Extrapolation to 0Hz matches the
published data precisely, for Tulatin-512 at least.

I have to agree, the extrapolation (=same conditions as
at full voltage) shows bigger leakage. However, it does
not contradict AMD's published data much (=taken at 1.3V).

You are comparing again and again a special mobile
tweak with a much-higher frequency desktop CPU.
