Actually 13 law firms suing them. The only reason I am in NXCD is their assets are up for sale as a result of the OCC changing the capitlization rules. NXCD has no debt and 120MM or $2 per share in cash. They need $140MM in additional cash to be properly capitalized. They have decided that they are better off to sell as stated in OCT 31 NR. Overall stock is trending up frpm the 65 base - I am giving it at least until next week
