i would like to represent someone wishing to be paid for helping find bin laden or w. there may be disputes re taxation of reward, allocation between various parties who helped find, capture bin laden or w, and provision of security to reward winner - as if it isn't kept completely private, there may be people going after reward winner- for their head and their money. it would be best to resolve these issues before providing the info, if u r interested in the reward. i will draft something for someone for only $50,000. of course, there is no guarantee that it will be signed or my client(s) will be paid. this may not b the classiest thing powell (or the u.s.)has done.
