I don't know. I must admit I haven't followed the dialogue closely. I did skim your recent summary and have noted off and on that you were prompting him with this complaint and that he gave his answer and said he was done with it. That being the case I think it fair for you to label his position however you feel just and also be done with it.

Now....It seems (to me) you are challenging him to refer to a specific post or posts where Poet has done this thing.

It seems (to me) that he is saying he is satisfied that she has done it by some sort of implied meaning, but does not give a specific locus of where he got that idea. It may be his reaction to dissenting attitudes about US policy, or some such thing. If he feels this way, it is fair for him to say that it is his "opinion" that such kind of remarks represent such and such or so and so. This in fact would be worthy of debate on this thread.

I too feel like I am missing something here.
