yes, I get that drift, though you can still get 3%
or more with the online accounts; INGdirect.com is pretty handy and pays 3.5%

admittedly 1.9% is not great, but if you could figure a way to get your money busy in 3 dimensions, it would be ok --
I can., for example, make 6% a year on a limited amount of money, but it requires about 14 months to get the final payment, and these intros are only 5-6 months..

I guess basically I got excited about Juniper because it is the first balance transfer I have seen in quite awhile without a transfer fee... nevertheless, I believe that people were happy making 2% risk free on the old balance transfers, so, I guess 1.6% is not so bad in these low rate days..
