jim...in the main, I think you're on track. Yes, totally agree that Saddam is probably taking a hell of a lot of Pepsid AC about right now. I don't have quite the sense of forEboding WRT the rest of the region. WRT to the oil, if I'm a client and have two substantial producers dukeing it out over who gets a piece of me, I would say that I'm going to wind up with the best deal possible. The Russian part of the oil supply equation, as it plays out over the next year or so, is interesting. I don't think our economy, Long term, is that bad: so the perception the Arabs have of our vulnerability is minimal. JMO. I remain optimistic. TO ALL: HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!
