T, Lindeman's Australian Chardonnay is awfully good for the price. It retails for $6.99 at the local supermarket and they sometimes have it on sale for $5.99 with another 10% rebate for a six-banger. The same co. makes a decent Pinot and an acceptable Merlot at the same price, but the Chard is their value leader, IMHO. This one isn't for those who like super dry or heavy oak whites. It is more for those of us who love beaucoup fruit.
