Hard to manage a 50M company on $250K of cash. They sign a new financing agreement on Sept 26th and are already violating the covenant? Do these guys have a clue whats going on in their own company. Will they really be profitable in the fourth quarter? This restructuring is going to cost how much in write offs? Where the heck is the Harry Potter tie? LOL. Joe
