Kastel, I'm living downtown in a O&G city that hasn't been touched by the housing deflation bug. I've seen real-estate turn down and around hard 3 times in the 17 or so years that I've lived here. Things are beginning to get long in the tooth my friend, I can actually buy steel for my machine shop and get same day delivery. I can put an job add in the paper and people actually apply. Is it different this time? I actually read what's posted on this thread, and I think the severity in the pull back in regards to the patch is going to get worse rather than better. Look... I've had a great week, I've managed to retrace most my losses -- but I think it has more to do with luck than anything. Anyway, I've been wanting to buy some land -- just feel it's time for a change.
