Dear Horng Kher Lee, first, the (pbuh) is abbreviation for peace be upon him. now, for the main part of your post... yes, it does mean that Qur'an has not been changed since it was compiled in its entirety. That happened after the Prohpet (pbuh) died... I don't know the dates, or how many years after his death. and as for society's changing social mores, I think the concept of religion is to have a fixed frame of reference... if one accepts that, then the frame of reference should not be changed to adapt to new mores... having said this, one has to really understand the "frame of reference" and examine the new social mores and their effects on society. regards amein
